A wider range of permissions for users

At the moment all users can see and delete all templates and images held in the Library section. It would be great if there were permissions to allow a user to;

• only see and delete content they had uploaded in the lbrary
• allow users to upload/detele their own content but only view others content
• associate a user with a given folder in the Library. They might be able to only view it, to upload to it, or to upload and delete from it.

That would make the whole system a bit more granular and help with allowing users access to only access their content and not potentially delete the work of others.
