Improvement of Reply Function within Journey

Done
  • When replying to an email of a journey, thanks@tarvent.com appears as the sender, so unfortunately you can't recognize who wrote the email and therefore could not write back. So can you please integrate the e-mail address of the person who wrote the reply (preferably as the sender of the reply email)?
  • In the original email, only the quite cryptic e-mail address 1c030b0b9198ab7e7b080e2d0b7b9b0b.1026515982950123951.c.1@reply.trvt.io is displayed for "reply to". To avoid confusion (and possible queries), can you at least insert the name of the sender of the journey email as the name of the recipient of the reply?
  • And I think, it would be good if the reply email had the same subject as the original email from the journey (instead of "Tarvent Campaign (Send Email Campaign 5) - Forwarded Reply").

Emails are now being sent from no-reply@reply.trvt.io with the Subject line used by the sender along with their email address appended to the end of the subject line.
