Please allow more filter options, e.g. I will like to filter subscribers who have not opened any campaigns within the last 6 months. This will allow me to send them a retarget campaign - to check if they will like to remain subscribed or to remove them from my mailing list.

This functionality is already supported using the rule:
"Campaign activity did not open all campaigns within the last 6 months."
The key here is "all", which means the contact has not opened a single campaign in the last 6 months. If the rule used "any" instead, it would pull contacts who missed at least one campaign in that timeframe—which wouldn’t be useful for this purpose.
